Core/Change Model 

All our interventions use the well-tested 8-stage Symfonys Group  integrated change model illustrated here in broad outline.

At its core is the Yin-Yang symbol of continuous change which we have chosen as our logo. The balances and cycles which explain and help manage continuous change are rather too complex to post here. But if you get in touch with us, we will be happy to explain the model more fully.
