REAL TEAM WORKSHOP

Turning groups into high-powered teams

REAL TEAMs are often labelled high-performing teams. They excel at creating synergy and superior results. The REAL TEAM workshop develops your team's REAL TEAMWORK.

All organisations value TEAMwork in theory; few put the theory to work effectively. Many organisations reengineer themselves around TEAMs but experience the difficulties of  implementing and sustaining TEAMwork momentum. TEAMs - of bosses and subordinates; of different functions; temporary or permanent - are the key organisational unit for achieving results, whether or not “TEAMwork” is part of the organisation’s culture. The key question all managers must address is not “To team or not to team?” but “How can we team better?” This workshop is solely about “How we can team better”, about adding real team value.

REAL TEAMs need to understand and practise REAL TEAMWORK and would typically (all teams have different needs) develop through three stages:

                    .    understanding

(partly through completion and review of questionnaires such as

                          TTQ and TDQ)

.    tuning-up, increasing tempo, velocity, 'mass' and momentum

(participating in this or other workshop)

                    .    reviewing

or following-up/maintaining momentum (see, for example the

                         Symfonys Total Team Development Process)
